- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Just open up this account a week ago received the card in the mail today found out I cannot use the card until I get a PIN number which will come in the mail in a couple of days or I can go to the bank and create a new PIN number there. This makes no sense to me. it's like putting a plate of food in front of my face and telling me you'll be right back you going to go get the silverware from the store. I mean give me the tools first. This is completely backwards and annoying. I pretty much have a useless card in my hands! This is 2016 MidSouth! I do not want to drive all the way to your bank to change my PIN number and I do not want to drive all the way to the Bank in order to get my money while waiting for a pin number you created for MY card...
